SHIPPING
We ship within the United States and Canada only. Note that there are restrictions on some products that cannot be shipped to international destinations. International customers are responsible for all duty/import fees. We do not ship to freight forwarders, freight courier services, mailbox stores or in some cases post office boxes. We reserve the right to cancel any order we feel may be fraudulent or violates our shipping policies. We do not ship orders placed by customers whom are not United States or Canadian citizens. If you do not process a valid US or Canadian drivers license your order will be cancelled. Orders that are cancelled that violate these terms where PayPal was used as a payment method may incur a service charge. This is equal to 3.49% + $0.49 of the entire order amount.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping fees for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Your order may ship via another method other then what you selected. We make every attempt to ship via the shipping method selected however in some situations we may choose an alternate courier.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Also note that while you may pick a specific shipping courier at the time your order is placed, your order may be shipped with another courier. It is at our discretion which shipping provider we ultimately use although we will try our best to use the provider you selected.
Free shipping promotions only qualify for items being shipped within the United States only (this does not include Hawaii, Alaska or US Territories). Not all items are eligible for free shipping. Should an item be ineligible we will contact you after your order is placed to make accommodations.
Most orders placed before 1pm (EST) Monday-Friday will ship the same day they are placed. Some orders may not ship right away due to stock availability/delays/etc... It's always best to contact us to check stock levels.
Certain orders may be selected for additional ID verification should we suspect any fraud. You will be contacted if we require any additional information and may be required to submit a copy of a government issued driver's license to us to help us deter fraud. If you decline to provide us this requested documentation your order may be cancelled with any service fees we incurred held back (in the case of PayPal this is 3.49% + $0.49 of the entire order amount).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Most orders that have not shipped yet may be cancelled up until the point they are shipped. Orders that are cancelled where PayPal was used as a payment method may incur a service charge. This is equal to 3.49% + $0.49 of the price of the item(s) being cancelled (plus shipping costs, if any). If you have questions about inventory levels please contact us via phone/email/text/live chat to inquire about stock levels. We do not display live stock statuses on our website. Some items might be special order (larger items) which are not stocked at our facility (due to cross-freight costs). Not every order can be cancelled and it's best to contact us prior to placing an order if you have any questions/concerns.
ID VERIFICATION POLICY
Your Shipping and Billing information MUST BE IDENTICAL otherwise your order may require verification. This is due to the amount of fraudulent orders we've been receiving lately. If your Billing and Shipping DO NOT MATCH we will contact you via email to obtain additional verification.
PRODUCT FITMENT POLICY
Please verify that the item you are ordering fits your vehicle. We are not responsible if the part does not fit your vehicle and you did not call/email us to verify fitment. Many products have vehicle specific fitments and it is your responsibility to contact us prior to placing an order to verify fitment. Our website may not display all of the variants associated with your vehicle.
RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers are responsible for all return and outgoing shipping charges on the items being returned. Please note that while some returns may not incur a return processing fee other returns could incur a return processing fee up to 10% of the items value being returned. It's best to contact us prior to ordering items if you have any questions/concerns about possible restocking fees. Orders that have not shipped yet where PayPal was used as the payment method will be charged 3.49% + $0.49 processing fee on the items being cancelled (this is a fee we incur from PayPal and it's not a fee we are keeping ourselves). Please contact us prior to placing an order if you have questions about our policies.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Orders that are being returned where a promotion was applied (free shipping, cash back, store credit back, free items, etc...) may be subject to additional fees. Any promotional items provided/deducted as part of the promotion will have their value held back from the actual refund amount.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You may also submit a return request by logging into your account on our website and submitting an RMA from your order history. We do not accept returns without a pre-authorized RMA #. Any returns sent to us without a pre-authorized return # will be refused. Any returns sent to us without an RMA # clearly displayed on the packaging will also be refused. Returns must be sent in a shipping box. Any returns sent using the manufacturers box as the shipping box will be refused.
FREE SHIPIPNG
We offer free shipping within the lower 48 US States on most products when the order subtotal is over $100. Some products are ineligible for this promotion such as large freight items and Rhino-Rack Products. We ship Rhino-Rack products free if the order subtotal is over $300 however.
LOST/STOLEN/REFUSED PACKAGS
Please be aware that we are not liable for issues related to package delivery in the following situations:
- Lost, stolen or misdelivered packages by the shipping carrier.
- Packages that were damaged or delayed due to weather conditions or other disasters.
- Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer's input error (such as spelling mistakes, missing apartment numbers or incorrect addresses).
- Packages that show delivered but the customer claims the package was stolen.
- International packages that fail to clear customs because the customer refused to pay duties and/or import fees.
In the case of lost package due to a carrier issues we will work with the carrier to file a claim however there is no guarantee that a claim will be paid out. No refunds will be provided until such time that a claim is paid out. In case where a package shows it as being delivered but the customer claims it's not there, this is considered a stolen package and we are not liable for stolen packages. We'd advise customers in this situations to reach out to local law enforcement and/or your insurance provider whom can handle stolen property.
For cases where a package is returned to us because the customer refused delivery or was unavailable to sign for it, we may issue a refund as a courtesy however we reserve the right to charge outgoing shipping, incoming shipping and possibly a 15% restocking fee. These fees are entirely at our discretion.
BAJA DESIGNS SATISFACTION GUARANTEED POLICY
Baja Designs gives you a full 30 days to test out your their new LED lights and if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back for an exchange or refund of the purchase price and applicable tax. Only available on LED auxiliary lights, LED light bars, and LED lighting accessories. Non LED products are covered by a 20 day return policy. If the product is returned it must be in "brand new" condition for resale at MSRP. Product that has been damaged in any way after the original purchase date will be excluded from this guarantee and a restocking fee will be applied. Products that have been installed and show any signs of wear/scratches/dirt will be excluded from this guarantee and a restocking fee will be applied. Original packaging must be in new condition.

Items sent to us without first obtaining an RMA # and/or return instructions will be refused. You must contact us prior to sending in returns so that we can create a ticket in our system. Once you are pre-approved to send in a return you may send the item to our warehouse at the following address:
